To arrange your rental, we need:
- Passport
- International Driving Permit (IDP): Category A for scooters/motorbikes, Category B for cars
You keep the original documents — we only need photos of them. If there will be a second driver, please send photos of their documents as well. Adding a second driver is free of charge.
You can still rent a car or scooter without an International Driving Permit. However, under Thai law, the driver is responsible for complying with traffic regulations and having the required documents.
The fine for driving without a valid driving licence can be up to 1,000 THB.
Your rental period starts when you receive the vehicle and the keys. One rental day = 24 hours.
You can pay in cash, by bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or another convenient method. We accept THB, USD, EUR, RUB and USDT.
You can pick up the vehicle yourself at our office or arrange delivery. Our staff can deliver the vehicle to the airport, your hotel, or any other location on Phuket. Delivery costs 400 THB.
When you receive the vehicle, we inspect it with you and record its condition, including any existing scratches or damage.
You can return the vehicle at our office or arrange for our staff to collect it from a location of your choice. If you need to pick up or return the vehicle outside our working hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM), please check with your manager in advance.
There is no fixed mileage limit. You can drive freely around Phuket and travel outside the island within a 300 km radius, as well as to Koh Samui. If you plan to take the vehicle to the mainland, please inform your manager in advance.
Longer trips, such as Bangkok or Pattaya, are also possible. This is an additional paid service, and the price will be agreed with your manager in advance.
