To book a rental you'll need:

• Passport
• International Driving Permit: category A for a bike, category B for a car

Originals stay with you — we only need a photo. If a second driver will be driving, send us a photo of their documents too. Adding a second driver is free.

You can rent a car or bike without an International Driving Permit. Under Thai law, the driver is responsible for complying with traffic rules and having the required documents.

If stopped by police, the fine for not having a license is up to 1,000 baht.

Minimum rental period — 3 days.

The rental period is counted from the moment the vehicle is handed over to you — i.e. when you receive the keys. One rental day = 24 hours.

You can pay in cash, by transfer, in crypto, or any convenient way. We accept US dollars, euros, Thai baht, and USDT.

You can pick up the vehicle yourself at our office, or request delivery. Our staff can deliver the vehicle to the airport, your hotel, or any other location on the island. Delivery costs 400 baht.

At pickup, we check and record the vehicle's condition together with you, including any existing scratches or damage.

You can also return the vehicle yourself at the office, or arrange for our staff to collect it from your location. If you need pickup or return outside working hours (9:00–18:00), please let the manager know in advance.

The color of the vehicle provided may differ from the image shown.

There's no fixed mileage limit. You're free to drive anywhere on Phuket, and you can also travel beyond the island to the provinces of Krabi and Phang Nga. Please notify the manager in advance before heading to the mainland.

If you're planning a longer trip, for example to Koh Samui, Chiang Mai, Bangkok, or Pattaya, that's possible too — but it's a paid service. The cost is agreed with the manager in advance.

When choosing a car, make sure to check the insurance coverage. All our cars come with First-Class (Premium) insurance.

With most rental companies, even basic insurance comes at an extra cost, or only basic coverage is included in the rental price.

For your convenience and safety, First-Class (Premium) insurance is already included in our price. This means you see the final price upfront, with no additional insurance charges.

The insurance covers:

• Collisions with another vehicle, including cases caused by the Renter
• Collisions with a wall, pole, tree, or other objects
• Damage while reversing
• Scratches and other damage from an accident
• Damage caused by an unidentified party
• Theft, fire, and flooding
• Glass and tire damage resulting from an accident

Insurance is valid only if the following conditions are met:

• The Renter holds a valid International Driving Permit of the appropriate category
• The accident is officially recorded by the insurance company and, if necessary, the police
• There is no alcohol, drugs, or other prohibited substances in the Renter's blood
